  • Home & Beyond CA is fully licensed, insured, and bonded under California License #1106041.
  • Warranty terms for labor and materials are project-specific and outlined in each contract.
  • Manufacturer warranties on products or materials may also apply.

5. Financing, Rebates, and Tax Incentives

  • Financing, rebates, and tax incentives are offered by external entities (such as financing providers, municipalities, utilities, or government programs).
  • Home & Beyond CA may provide general guidance on eligibility and applications as a courtesy.
  • Participation in such programs is solely the homeowner’s decision.
  • Home & Beyond CA makes no guarantees of approval, funding, or benefits, and assumes no liability for outcomes related to external programs.

6. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. Personal information submitted through our site is used primarily to respond to inquiries, provide services, and deliver communications. 7. Payment and Billing
